I gotcha. Im just saying no need to make all of them the same.  For the heroin process you can have some sort of aging or chemical process in the house (barrel) and for coke you have the cutting process. Both add different risk thus creating new scenarios.  

 
I mean, if you are turning yourself in and not automatically getting atleast 50% off you need to file a IAD. (not running or shooting is automatically 50% off). We all understand and acknowledge there are bad cops, unless the reports are filed nothing is ever going to be done.  Robocopping with no reason can easily get someone hit with Misc for failing to RP, while not a quick fix will eventually lead to harsher punishments.  I will cut most tickets as long as time is taken to talk about it and not just "self defense....OMG you're robbocopping me for not believing self defense??"  I dont even care about original stories anymore, just effort. Some are much better than others, but everyone should get some sort of discount for trying.

This was tried, rebels make promises, cops made promises. It ended in people contracting aids.  The rebel/cop leaders would make deals, not tell their groups, groups would break the agreements, salt factories would commence. 

It would also be nice to not spawn where you can get shot pretty much immediately.

No one is afraid to authorize lethals.  We look at what is going on and make a decision based on that. Just because your observation of what is going on does not mesh with theirs does not make either one of you wrong.  The fact is 90% of situations can be handled without killing rebels.  

Correct, that would require a scripting change. Which I am all for, i was just addressing why it is the way it is ATM as well.   I like the idea of being able to reduce the time based off of certain things. Especially for people who do spend a long time RPing. They deserve to have their interrogation time chopped of their sentence IMO.

Honestly man, you hold yourself back to be honest.  We all know you can fight and you can take charge when given the chance, but you just need to tone shit down a bit.  Like when I said no to lethals, you got all pissed off and started saying shit you shouldn't.  You ended up resing your partner and arresting people because I said no and backup arrived on scene.  

How does it make cops OP? Cops are not OP at all, we lose 80% of engagements.  
 
I dont think 50% should be taken, maybe a 5-10% fee would be more reasonable.

It is totally about money and has nothing to do with the hours/days of effort we put into chasing them down and arresting them.  Its 100% all about the money. Maybe if their RP wasn't "blah blah blah, my friends are here now you're going to die" We wouldn't have to do it.  Maybe if you didn't hot drop a suicide vest on our processing that wouldn't have to happen.  This is TOTALLY not an issued cause by salty rebels being salty. Totally just cops being money hungry.

Removing night is a bad idea IMO.  People used the cover of night to do all sorts of things, not everyone has a huge group of people to protect them all the time.  Night could have been made shorter but removing it.... nah.

Asylum already has the lowest jail time of any other life server.  You get 45 minutes in most other servers for a single manslaughter.
