I remember seeing a post about this but I can't seem to find it. How do you retrieve lost mags after getting out of a car?

Thank you both. Is there an in game menu or anything that tells the effects or is it just a trial and error process? I still don't even know what Regull does

What do painkillers actually do? I've seen them in the shop and such but what is their real effect? Do they just increase your health?

I've read on the official Asylum website that the in-game craftable drugs have effects, like for instance cocaine giving a huge energy rush, but does anyone know what the others such as meth, marijuana, heroine, ect. do?
