I'm not new and this happens to me more often than it should

For a while I used the GeForce Experience ShadowPlay thing to record the last 5 minutes, but recently I have been getting an issue where it says "Cannot connect to NVIDIA" and ShadowPlay just doesn't record. Has anyone else had this issue?
