Because when u and ur shit cops see gangs fighting each other you guys won't patrol anywhere else, every single cop will be sitting in donor town waiting for the easy money on unarmed people because you know where they are going to spawn. Its bad enough with Bounty Hunters don't need the bot army sitting there with Smee, hand in hand waiting LOL 

The already half-dead cartel game doesn't need a final nail in it's coffin.

I almost never get robocopped, it's mostly the situation you are in as a rebel which defines how a cop will likely process you.
Personally 10 out 10 times when i turn myself in i get a good share of RP and a reduced ticket, parole, pardon ect.
However when i am fighting cops at a random situation and they have to fight their asses of an luckily arrest me.
I know they will process me with less calm and focused RP, they want to get me in jail and feel victory.
 
A money hungry cop is basically a BH with restrictions, if you are treated like shit by a cop just live with it. There's no magical button that will make people not use cop for money aslong as it's profitable. You can only change the situations you find yourself in, and how you behave.
If you make RP profitable, you will have people who will just reach the requirements for that higher payout and not care about any actual RP value.

We listened to those that thought we would benefit from a Support Role. We have created a small team from previous moderator interviews to pilot this program. If it works we will grow the group. During this pilot period please send me some feedback as to what you would like to see from this non staff position driven by you, the community. These members have been around the community for some time and we believe their knowledge currently and what they will continuously learn from this role will benefit the community.
