Dont put the cart before the horse. V.2 could just as easily flop and none of the gangs will return.
 
Also nothing stopping the cops from abusing SWAT gear against smaller/less experienced gangs.

Have a quiz or field test (you watch them in the field) or scenario what will you do test or any other ways to test to see if a person of any age (at least 13+ because they are now teens) has the “You are old enough to know better” and if they don’t then blacklist till 17 or whatever. If they do, let them have the same chances with greater punishments or something like that for breaking the rules. I just think anyone should have a chance instead of just having to wait till they are old where they probably will be bored with the server and have everything by then. If there are any other ideas to lower the age requirement for the police or if you have more concerns about lowering the age put it below and I’ll see if we can find a solution for it!

Adidas Tracksuit. Re-texture of the MTP Combat Fatigues. I tried Adidas Shoes but I couldn't find a decent pattern over the model so I stuck with Nike. Seems to offend people when Nike and Adidas is mixed, sorry I guess. Given that they are combat boots I don't think they look bad at all.
The new Contact Tracksuit would be ideal to work with, but when the DLC's release the texture or .paa files are encrypted as .ebo rather than .pbo. Need to wait until they release them as .pbo to work on which is usually a few weeks after release.
