Turn your Field of view up, you're crippling yourself. Also mess with your sensitivity a bit, looks like you have trouble moving around smoothly. I play 800 dpi, 8 horizontal, 8 vertical, - 40 ADS. On 400 I played 10-10-35 or 10-10-45.
