    Thanks for the advice I ended up  finding a perfect one. No garage but it will do. I will keep this in mind when i buy another!

    I think you should probably narrow it down to a specific area or activity.
    Speedbombing Kavala and running meth are two activities that are worlds appart for instance.
    Both benefit heavily from a House+Garage setup though.

    Well, not really. The time you spend on these extra activities to increase sales price could just as well be spent on making more of the original drug. Thus making more money too.
    If balanced properly, there should be just a slightly higher profit on doing these extras compared to just running more drugs.
