Man I have a bounty I was really looking forward to getting because I spent a ton on gear and he combat logged yesterday night I am trying to help him comp but he does not seem to want to cooperate so I think I will be posting the report like I told him I would which the deadline is now 21 minutes away

I have someone who combat logged with video right now in kavala but I'm giving them a chance to comp, in about 25 minutes is the deadline so I don't think he is very likely to comp

I wish it would just end up spawning an npc if they left that you could arrest and it would go to jail but have no countdown until they rejoined
