Makes you slow in mobility and makes takes away your concealment.Use the tactical backpack when your fighting because it allows you to run faster and you dont get annoyed by the big fat backpack blocking a part of your screen.. 

Good montage but shooting cops is fairly easy most of the time and dont use Viper backpack
