It is illegal due mostly due to the fact that it's a standard APD issued weapon (black variant), as I am also unsure if there are any other variants of it besides black. If there's only black then there's your answer. All black weaponry is issued to the APD.

Hello, so I am trying to help a person create a forums account. He has been playing asylum for quite some time now, aside from the point. The issue is that he for some reason can not create the account. He used his steam ID, didn't work. He then used his arma 3 PID and it still didn't let him create the account. He filled out the information using his correct email address, correct password and made sure the passwords were right. Again, tested out both ID's from steam and Arma 3, made sure he checked in the agree to use of terms box and he still got a error.
