Say Person A is gathering drugs in an illegal KOS zone. Person B drives up, but Person A gets the drop on them and kills them. Then, while Person A is at processing, another KOS zone, Person B shoots and kills them. Is Person B liable for RDM? The closest rule says that "you are not allowed to seek revenge on the person or group that killed you without re-initiation of roleplay" (Civ Rules, #2), but does that apply within the KOS zone? In a server I played on a few years ago, the rule was a bit more specific, I believe it was called the "new life rule", or something similar. The jist was that you couldn't return to the scene of your death for 15 minutes. This meant that there was no constant stream of cops during a large scale shootout, and that civs couldn't just drive back with better gear and rob their killer. So, I'm wondering if this server has a similar rule that I don't know where to look for, or if something like my completely hypothetical story above is allowed.
