    I'm not the type to flame someone for stating their opinion, especially when they do so in a constructive manner. However as a consequence of me telling you my opinion, I'm about to tear you a new one with out necessarily intending to. Just note, I'm not really intending on calling you bad.
    The armored vehicles that are in the servers are actually extremely weak in terms of the glass and the wheels, but in particularly the glass. A single 7.62 is more then capable of going straight through the glass and killing someone inside (in all 3, the ifrit, strider, and the hunter) I'm not claiming to be a legend in this game, however I have done it before and quite a few people have as well. And if 1 shot doesn't do it, 2 or 3 people mag dumping into the glass sure as you're born, definitely will. The same could be said for Orcas as well, as I'm sure you have seen at some point or another. Once you pickup on the gun mechanics, how recoil works and where/when to shoot the armor it becomes much more fluid and you begin to realize they are not as impenetrable as you once thought, either that or a shitty ifrit driver screws you and gets your whole gang or whoever you are playing with shot out in less then 5 seconds. Either way, you learn that the rpg's are not necessary, and they are indeed a crutch. The armored vehicles and especially the orcas are a shadow of what they were in terms of how tough they really are. As I stated in that same post, armored vehicles can be taken down very easily if you know what you are doing. I mean, seriously watch the montages that people post, even halfway decent players can do it.
    Furthermore, pushing your way on foot is a death sentence if you are fighting experienced players. They won't peak when your hardaimer/the guy watching your back can do anything and they will expose themselves to you and only you if they are experienced. Pushing with armor unless you are versing bad players is the current meta for a reason;it's the only consistent way to get results unless you are versing inexperienced players. This is why ifrits are given to the attacking gang in gang wars. Again, I'm not trying to sound like an elitist prick, but if you still disagree with me after you see this for yourself in game you are wrong.

    Nerf/Remove RPG's. (They currently one shot armored vehicles such as ifrits so adding the damage handler back would prevent that). 
    There is absolutely no counter play to the current RPG situation. They cost around 20k and can blow up orcas on bank roof from far east (Around 500m away). They also one shot vehicles such as ifrits as they push the cap or hunters as they push the bank. The current RPG situation makes people not want to pull armor. I dont believe a simple price increase will be enough to deter their use and so I suggest adding the damage handler back or removing them entirely.
    Add "Civilian Representatives" that will be brought into dev meetings and discuss future changes.
    Obviously we have the Suggestions forum but our ideas can often times be overlooked or misconstrued. Type too much and people dont read it. Type too little and you cant get your point across. Giving the community a voice in the dev meetings will help ensure the changes are for the better. I will note that Mitch made a good effort when he was brought on as Community manager. He put on a VPN and went around to multiple gang team speaks to see what issues are of the biggest concern. I'd like to see more of that if another community manager is brought on.
    Make it so cops receive money for seizing vehicles based on the cost of the vehicle. (Seizing an ifrit should give the cops around 40k)
    I dont think this will be too controversial. If the cops manage to capture vehicles holding contraband they should receive payment when seizing the vehicle.
    Increase the minimum bounty able to get turned in by a bounty hunter to 10k (Please read my reasoning below before voting)
    Cops always complain (Myself included) that cop life is turning into more of a driving simulator. Lets give them something to do by forcing the bounty hunters out of the cities and after the bigger bounty's cops are unable to track or not skilled enough to take down.
    Add the ability to get infamy for crafting illegal vehicles/weapons at black market
    I'd say around 5 infamy per gun or 20 per vehicle would be a nice incentive to keep crafting items.

    No way to keep them from cartels besides adding something like an invisible spike strip that spans the free fire line and drug peninsula opening. Also RPGS's currently one shot ifrits so Im not sure if removing qilins completely would be beneficial right now.

    There’s a reason why it was removed in the first place. Don’t know why it was included into community goals when it was the community who begged for it to be taken out of the game.

    Figured I'd make this post considering armor stack has been out constantly for the past few months due to the community rewards and i was curious to hear the current opinion on it. I propose that csats & tier4 vests be added to a infamy or warpoints shop. If added to a infamy shop it'd provide a larger use for infamy points once the rebel tree is completely filled up. If added to a warpoints shop then warpoints would be worth something and not just a useless mechanic within the server. Either way it's more content for people who play as a rebel to enjoy. I'm also aware that it'd be basically copying off of olympus but if it would be something that is potentially beneficial for the community I think it shouldn't matter.

    You dont have to deal with cops if you have a rebel house. And heli's to leave. Also increases gear time substantially.

    Gangs take long enough as it is re pushing I think having a free fire zone rebel could keep players from getting bored and logging off if the fights are continuous

    To counter your point. Waiting 40 minutes for a gang to push because 2 kids are camping the tower at donor rebel ruins the fights.
