I would buy APD crates. A lot of people would, as long as they are worth it. A majority of the skins in the crates cant even be used by most of the police force due to equipment ranking restrictions. so there is not really a reason to buy crates unless your a Career Rebel. The APD is a player base and market too. PS can i swap my Molten ifrit skin for a Molten Hunter?
