True, enough, though I'd argue it'd honestly not make a difference in 95% of situations, therefore being a predominantly cosmetic change. But that one time it does would feel nice I suppose, and shitty for the opposing party.

once something like being able to tank a head shot no matter the distance its no longer just a "small cosmetic addition" its a game changing addition. i would also be pretty annoyed if i hit somebody in the head from a km away and they didnt die.

doesn't make a lot of sense that the least rewarding activity on the server also gets you sent straight to jail
doing a bank is easier, much more rewarding and doesnt get you sent straight to jail if you get caught

You can always tell who the retard higher ups are by how often they sit in the support channels. Clearly they are on their computer but they would rather barely meet their hour requirements for a few months so they can retire and get perm corp.

Need to remove the retired ranks so that when people get bored of the game they just leave. No point holding onto a rank you no longer care about.

Backpacks were removed so officers won't be a bunch of robocops carrying a bunch of mags, and not needing to rearm.

Before you bring up the "waah rebels have backpacks though", keep in mind they can't one click gear up at a nearby HQ, but have to take 15-20 minutes minimum to re-gear.

Wanna use that vest for RP? good on ya, here are some ideas:
Roleplaying a traffic cop - carry it in your car's inventory, and switch it up.
Roleplaying a kavala foot patrol cop - Carry a p07 and 4 30rnd mags, you don't need more then that if you plan on roleplaying.

Why do splints, broken legs and the associated talents exist? The only way you're gonna get a broken leg is by getting run over by your friend which happens less often than the system is worth (and is annoying as fuck) or VDMed, and the latter only puts the victims of VDM at an even more disadvantage.
You also have to waste a talent point on having your legs less likely to be broken to be able to wake up in hospital, and the talent spams you with "Someone less hardy could have been seriously injured!" even after your legs are broken.

As the young stellar boys get on a late saturday night to do some gaming, we had to wait for cops to actually log on and people to fight. After finally being about to start a bank a group of admins and 12 year olds who’s mouse 1 didn’t work decided to improvise with the G key.......  Huge thanks to everyone who buys 30 nades. <3

It's not as cut and dry as being a defender gives you a strict advantage over any fight, it's almost the complete opposite. The best way to explain this is with a game like CSGO where the defending team, the counter terrorist immediately on round start have to split up their forces to defend multiple objectives such as A site and B site, and if one part of the team fails, the other(s) are essentially doomed because now they are at a disadvantage having to take back the lost site. This holds true to the bank where you have to decide to have your team cover the bottom floor, the roof, lighthouse, construction or to simply hope it goes your way and play everyone on A site, same for the fed but much harder where you must mainly split among 3 separate gates and of course means you need more people. (jail almost everyone knows is the easiest to defend because of this exact reason ...)
The only thing that cops do for the majority of civilians that are past picking peaches is make them respawn cause they accidentally clicked request medic instead of allow revive, and no shit cops will do more then medics given the correct perks because it enables them to and not to mention the prestige gain from doing so, that way they can work on getting those 5 second blood bags.
Cops have so many advantages when it comes to economy, too many to list, but some of the best features to compensate for this.
Don't lose virtual inventory on death. Police vehicles and weapons cost dramatically less than it does for civilians. Spawn with loadout (including a level 2 vest if purchased only once before). By their nature, don't have to pay tickets or serve jail time. Make money from arresting/killing rebels, and of course this does not apply vice versa.
And that is not even to mention the impacts of the recursive net balance hyper inflation effect.
