you should maintain your previous bounty after violating parole, also did you just admit to vdm?

Recently i saw a post in the apd suggestion box about changeing cop payouts and i see where hes coming from but i believe the robocoping and corruption he refers to is rooted at the removal of parole i understand why parole was removed and it was abused i admit but i believe with some tweaking it can be fixed firstly parole should be granted to civs with a bounty of 50k or less secondly parole violation should be a straight to jail charge and should only be granted to civs with good rp and granting somone parole should only pay the officer a quarter of the bounty price also if possible when someone violates their parole bh should be given the task to track them and cops should recive a tracker similar to an ankle braclet would love to hear feed back on if some of this stuff is possible and what yall think

this gang is all about quality over quantity as well as making as much money as possible currently looking for bounty hunters as well as rebels give your in game name, age and occupation i.e. bounty hunter, rebel etc.
