Developers push back release dates all the time. Seeing as they're announcing the specific release date in mid-June, I wouldn't put my money on seeing it fully launched before the end of the month.

I don't think we'll be getting Apex on the 30th. The map has quite a few bugs and obviously W.I.P. elements, and the weapons / vehicles haven't even received testing at all yet. They'll announce the actual release date at E3, and I'm guessing it'll be late July / early August. The map is available to the public for anyone who pre-ordered Apex.
