On a serious matter. It's really up to what keep you up at night. It can be a bad habbit, late night snacks / eating (including heavy use of energy drinks throughout the day ), stress & cie. you should be able to know what makes you not sleep, just think about it during the day. what did you start doing or start happening that's causing you these problems. if you can't figure it out or gave up figuring it out or want things to go quicker check a pro or a relative that's (very) close to you. wouldn't it be easier (and i thought existed) to have a list of all players wishes about talents & changes to talents in a one list forum post that gets updated by the staff which would be let players see what is to change around those. As for the topic itself, yes more talents to civs wouldn't hurt and makes it easier from switching whenever i feel like becoming rebel & go to BH.

What would the effort given to new textures add? even if it's just for having something new it might be a waste of time for nothing. As for me a quad bike in black and white with "Police" written on it and sirens does the job.

for a a while there will be chaos but over long term there will be some cool things and players would get encouraged to do something good if you reward them. as for bad words / organs of a body being drawn this is considered a mature non racist server you know what you deal with when you enter and as was said above it's just for fun.

The Idea: Street graffiti / Street Art. Just like real life street graffiti (img below) players (civs) can draw (like on a canvas not inserting an image / gif) draw on property that can ONLY be owned by players. Multiple colors can be bought at the market. At server restart graffiti would be wiped but if the player owns that property the graffiti would be kept although he can choose in the options menu to re-paint the house and at the next server restart they will be gone. In case of performance issue limit the number of street graffitis possible in an area / server / per player (one of them should be enough) Possible Cop Policy (for no "what do we do") If the player owns the property (have to prove it by locking / unlocking doors or check ownership of house w.e suits better) he wouldn't be charged for anything items of Graffit would be seized / taken away if not Not probable cause for search. why? The item is not illegal but it's use for this kind would be.

if you tried re-installing the game and it didn't work you might need to wipe any cache laying around this includes temp folder, then resart the computer, install/download the game. and its better to have it backup when its working properly. still not sure this will work but hey you got better ideas go ahead.

the titles aren't bad. i would like to suggest one myself. Kill an admin -> Title + T-Shirt skin
