F server 3, Server 2 is where my home was at this time, so i don't know if it's that.. 
I can see both sides of the argument. For me it's either way. But if i had to argue for it, it would be that at the time when it's up for capture, it's a "Lawless" town. Since a gang (Rebel) faction has the ability to take it over, it would only make sense that the local law enforcement has fled the town. With us being at one server, these types of issues are more prevalent than before. Everyone is condensed etc. Let's not make any knee jerk reactions tonight. Sleep on it for a bit and I will make a decision later this week.

You proved my point, about cops ruining the fights in turf. Turf Should only be restricted from the apd, when it is "RED" you're a example of a career cop. Now this post isnt for "roasting: or making fun of. This post is about the situation of the APD Constantly raiding Rodo.

Suggestion - Police cannot enter a red turf, unless in active pursuit. They must attempt to leave the area if they are present when it turns red. Pretty annoying when they show up with 15 every single time people are fighting over it. @Azeh @DarkKnight @Mitch (IFRIT)
It has to happen, either by guidebook, or server rules or whatever. It is supposed to be a rebel vs rebel fight.
