    Hello there,
So, I guess not everyone can continue to stay calm and collected and this was the case with Sojobo and me two days ago. We came across someone on Kavala's beach and picked em up for questioning. Something seemed to have snapped.
Note: There may be a lot of inappropriate content in this video as a lot of swearing is used. If you don't care, and you probably don't, then feel free to watch the video.

    Hello there,
I may, one day, implement a web-based means to check your current gang wars, kills/deaths, etc.. (@Sojobo is a big supporter of this thing.)
I'm always open to suggestions as to how it could look (keep in mind it'll use the theme of My Asylum) and what/how stuff should be displayed.
    Kind regards,

Unfortunately this man is right. We're all volunteers who offer up free time that we have besides having our jobs and/or studies.
I just checked the Ban Appeal section and would like to say that these are checked and replied to daily. You have to keep in mind that not everyone is of the same timezone and that when you make a ban appeal that admin could be asleep (normal person's sleep is like what.. 8 hours?) which means you'll have to wait some time. Do you mind telling me the name of your friend so I can see if his appeal was actually forgotten or perhaps being processed?
The player reporting section has a few reports that are not yet handled, however some reports are not a simple "RDM" or "VDM" and require us to gather extra evidence or information before we can make a verdict. I'm sure that if you're on the receiving end of the punishment, or even when you're the one reporting, you'd like for us to make sure everything is in order in case we drop the banhammer.
On the matter of other forms of support. The General Support forum is completely caught up and is continuously being caught up (especially the compensation forum). So I guess the only issue that remains in that regard is the fact we ask people to wait in the TS compensation channels once they have their compensation granted. Currently I notice about one person in this channel and earlier it was about 2-3. In regards to the amount of unique players we have, which is about a 1500-2000 per day or something.. Is a very good number.
I won't say we, the admin team, and our systems are fully flawless and that we're number one in regards to support. But this is arguably impossible to achieve with volunteers. Customer support from companies has people paid to sit in call centers their whole day and even then it sometimes takes hours to get a call in (try it out, you'll see). But I can assure you we try our best where possible in our current situation to get everything resolved in due time. We also can't switch to an automated system unfortunately as these work black and white. Which means a lot of people might just instead of getting comp granted get denied or perhaps even blacklisted for things we might give a second chance for.
I hope this sheds some light on the situation from our side and I personally, and probably as well on behalf of the Administration team of Asylum, thank you for your feedback in regards to this.

    Hello there,
Add in the failure chance on crafting which makes you go boom and I'm sold for the idea.
I mean, if we go deeper into the whole idea of crafting. We should make it new talents so people that actually 'spec' into it can gain money by being used as grenade or weapon crafters. IMO not every average Joe should be able to do it as is.

    Hello there,
I like this idea in the sense that it can attract poorer players to buy these houses. Plus for non-donators it can be interesting to actually push them past the limit of "is having a crate worth it" considering they don't have to pass around loads of money for big houses.
I'll forward it to Paratus, it is in his hands now.

    Hello there,
In case you don't know who I am. I'm DJScias, one of Asylum's Administrators and also known as the website guy. I take care of Asylum's main website, My Asylum and the forums (the latter being done by more admins than just me though).
Regardless, since we had a vicious hack hit us, we've lost a few things which I've unfortunately been unable to salvage. I'm mainly talking images in this case.
For example, on the Features page I unfortunately could not salvage the Bounty Hunter image that used to be there. I had to re-use another image as a placeholder, which unfortunately is not an image of a bounty hunter. In all honesty, other features could also use an update but it's less of an issue at the moment.

Now, another thing we lost are our patch note images. These are basically the images that each patch note could be recognized by. They would show up on the main website. Currently you see the "Update" title and the small summary text. The image would be between that.

On the following image the patch note image would have been shown under the Home / Patch Notes / ... line and above the bold "6.6.2" line.

I unfortunately lack the creative skills and time to get new decent screenshots and thus I would like to ask from any willing soul to extend me a hand!
    What I'm looking for:
Images with the dimension of 680 × 300 (width x height). Image should be of an event most 'major'/noticeable about an update (I.E. 6.6.0 could be an image of an aging barrel due to brewing implemented). Image should contain near no UI, names or chat, needs to be clean. If your image makes it in a patch note or features, I have no issues in writing an extra line in said article to whom the image is credited to.
Thanks in advance and I hope we bring our website back to its full glory as it was before the attack.
    Kind regards,
    DJScias
PS: If you have suggestions for new pages for My Asylum or the website, feel free to contact me through a forum PM or find me on Teamspeak under the name of 'DJScias'.

    Kind regards,
    DJScias
