    Back Story: I saw a 50. Shooting at a heli near bank, as I drive up i noticed that man was naked (Aka Smurfy)
    now for some reason when i run into smurfy as a cop we end up running into the worst yet hilarious types of scenarios, And this is one of them.
    P.S the heli had a machine gunner that was spraying us down. (God dam Brazilians) if y’all ever faced the Brazilians on a humming bird I’ll tell you this much it’s the most annoying/irritating thing ever, these guys have the aiming of John wick

    Yes while rebel gets more weapons to chose from, how many actually get used? No plans to currently go above 6.5mm for BH, and there is lower calibre available already

    EFFECTIVE IMMEDIATELY
    Captains (Active or Retired) additional guidebook abilities:
    Pass out weapons/equipment (excluding bipods and msxws) to any online player regardless of rank or faction
    If the individual is an APD Officer, he/she must drop and seize the item(s) when the Captain leaves the server
    Allow a civilian to keep contraband
    Perform Cartel/Rebel Raids
    All officers participating must execute the raid at the same time, including the Captain
    Only 1 life per raid (unless revived) per officer
    Raids may only be conducted every 30 minutes per individual location by the Captain
    Captains may test new policies prior to implementation
    The policy must have been presented to the Senior Admins for review and approval prior to testing in-game.
    Retired Captains are no longer allowed to post on applications
     
    To improve understanding and transparency within the community, these abilities are now written down and will be added to the guidebook. That being said, Captains MUST behave reasonably as they are the head of the APD. If you feel you have been wronged, in any form in or out of game, by an APD Captain, please submit a Captain Report via Internal Affairs. The Captain reports, active or retired, will now be handled directly by the Senior Admins.

    Effectively immediately APD Captain's are bound by the guidebook just as their subordinates are. Their conduct in game and out of game will be enforced by the guidebook. There is no one with an APD rank who should be considered above the guidebook or not required to follow the rules they are bound by as such.

    Cops come... restrain and leave u in car and go around looking in houses for more people. They have NEVER just left after restraining you.  The turf turned red and INSTANTLY  cops come in.

    Honestly? I agree with @Defragments Cops showing up to turf with 10+ guys down and restrain our 5 guys and take us all out of the fight and a rook banger goes and takes turf.... I have also seen people on cop do that just to let a friend cap it with us out of the way. 
    Cops coming to cartels is sometimes fun but, Dropping with 10+ on 4 is kinda overkill JS... Seen cops raid/wait until cap is uncontested right outside of the zone with 10-14 in frits/orcas just like a normal LARGE gang.
