These notes are not overly huge, but there are a few things here that have been requested:  
Orcas and Hellcats now cost less money. The damage handler for Orcas has been removed.  BIS has allowed glass to become damaged now, so we will see how this plays in a live environment.   The damage handler for RPGs has been removed.  You pay $50k for an RPG rocket, we're going to treat it like a suicide vest in terms of boom potential (for now).   The custom damage handler for Vans has been removed since BIS tweaked how they handle damage in the Arma engine.   Putting a restrained player in a car should work better now.   You should be able to lockpick a player by scroll wheel now.   Added some additional backend logging to try to figure out why server restarts are less reliable with the current Arma patch.   We are working on some more major game enhancements in the background, but I wanted to drop a few things in tonight.  

If a server goes down there will be a prep without a doubt. Certain ranks of the APD wouldn't be left without any prep the Captains would be aware of it and make changes. Sure it sucks from a certain point of view but from another one it's a good thing.
You will most likely have the stuff from your house put somewhere for you. For example in the Asylum Exchange inventory I would assume.. For the house part yes that would suck.

Assisted Kidnapping has been added as a charge. 
This charge is worth 5k.
Do not stack this charge.
There will not be an option to add this charge using the scroll wheel. You may add other charges that equal to 5k. Do not tell them what charges you are adding. Just RP with them and explain that they are being charged with Assisted Kidnapping. 
Not to long ago the rule on kidnapping changed. Here is the current rule from a previous policy update.
Kidnapping is only to be added to those who escort someone in restraints. This also applies to those we drive/fly/sail people in restraints as well.
This new charge is added to anyone involved with kidnapping that does not meet the criteria above. For example, two bounty hunters are inside Kavala HQ. Bounty hunter #1 downs two officers. Bounty hunter #2 restrains and escorts the officers out of the HQ. Another officer downs and restrains both bounty hunters. Bounty hunter #1 would be charged with Assisted Kidnapping for downing the officers. Bounty hunter #2 would be charged with two counts of Kidnapping for escorting both officers out of the HQ. Obviously this is a basic example. You will run into situations that will be more complicated. Use your best judgment when adding this charge. Do not add this charge to a civilian just because they are in a group with someone who is being charged with kidnapping. Make sure they are truly assisting.

Hey guys, so i'm simply making this Topic for peoples opinion. i feel like some of the police gear looks a bit ... bad.
but i also feel like not only a retexture but new police vests for Constable+ would be good so Officers could have a more decent (Better armor aswell) to wear for looks and against those pesky pistol bangers.
Theres also a re-texture for some Dank Swat Gear for bank feds ect ...

i was thinking the Plate armor/Chest rigs could be either added in the MX Skill tree or a seperate one like the Tactical Vest. make it a bit more expensive for Constables and cheaper for Higher ups to purchase. Again this is simply a suggestion that i would personally love to see but everyone has different opinions and it would be nice to hear them.
