FIRST DAY ON THE JOB APD
DISCLAIMER: This video will contain info you probably know if you are above the rank of Constable. This video is made for the purpose of a day 1 cadet having a couple good start off points on his first day as a cadet. As well as any new constable.
I decided to make this video with the help of others, to help out some cadets on the first day, along with the enjoyment of making it.

***These changes are in effect immediately to all precincts***
The overall Sergeant cap has been reduced to 36. There will be a maximum cap of 9 Sergeants per Precinct.
If a precinct currently has 9 or more Sergeants, they will be unable to submit any new names for Sergeant promotions until they go below the cap.
***Why these changes?***
The Sergeant cap was originally increased over a year ago by the previous captains from 30 to 60 for reasons that no longer pertain an issue to the APD.
The number of Sergeants has been hovering around 36 for quite some time and has not hit its cap of 60 for a very long time.
We expect that this should not affect the Sergeant's current or future activities.
