As rule of thumb, participate in something before punishing someone, I have seen admins who have not experienced certain areas of the map but somehow can still make a fair and reasonable "judgement" on it and ban someone for up to a month for cheating / lagswitching yet have never even fought a cartel.

I would like to see an OFFICIAL RULING on the Arms Island, since I have been playing this server, NO ADMIN has ever banned for killing someone on the Arms Island, it was always a given rule for the gangs that once you stepped onto the Island it was fair game.
As of recent a certain admin has been banning people for it.

I would like a ruling from Motown / Bamf on this situation and what does the community think.

If it was solo q it would be easier, but dynamic queue makes it impossible. Last season, before dynamic, it was easier because you could only have a duo, and 3 randoms on the team. Now its 4 people queued with a random troll. Basically, if you don't have 5, it's just extra energy that I really don't have.

I've been on this server for over two years, I've been an admin for a year and a half. In my time on these servers, I've never been banned and I've never abused my powers as an admin. It is true, I play with Synergy and have since the original Synergy. I have a lot of friends throughout the community and any one of them can support my claim.
On the topic of my potato grenade and aim: I do not play this game for montages or competition, I play this game to have fun with friends and new people. I could careless if my shooting is not top notch. I'm probably the worst pilot in all of Arma 3, auto hover for the win.
