  1. You're a miserable piece of shit, go take your medicine.
  2. If you really want to help people go to the support thread, I'm making a valid point about Bounty Hunters.
  3. As two nakeds, how do you stand guard defenseless? Is there an argument or are you talking about how stupid people are. You're a demoralizing cockroach with no rational thought, go back to chugging your jug of bleach.
  4. Ok thanks, I'll be sure to charge into Rebel outpost next time I'm playing Constable.
  5. The discussion is about nerfing Undercover Cops and the fact that Bounty Hunters are overpopulated. It's not about how the APD approached the Rebel Outpost. Red and Bold just for you to READ
  6. Is ATM ping in Rebel Outposts probable cause to infiltrate Rebel outpost and taze players?
  7. How does this post contribute to the topic? Go drink bleach
  8. Undercover cop sneaked into Rebel outpost with no sirens or voice and downed me when I just bought an RPG and I was talking to my gang mates inside bunker. He was an undercover and he said "he put trackers on the ATM's" when we withdrew money so he came in with 3 cops. We weren't in pursuit we spawned in a gang house and ran to rebel and got busted 5 minutes later. Neither of us were in any area outside of the Rebel Outpost Vicinity.
  9. I think Bounty Hunters and Undercover cops are killing the game, Rebels no longer can recognize whose an undercover cop, a bounty hunter, or a rebel. Everyone gets downed more than being killed. Cops were always simple because you can identify them, but with undercover cop playing as rebel how can you identify that as to a bounty hunter or rebel? If they really want to go out into the fields and do rebel stuff they should play bounty hunter or be a Rebel. Undercover Cops should be removed or more restricted, I have seen them camping Rebel Outposts collecting paychecks to camp and take away fun from rebels. There's no voice as a weapon but instead they're trigger happy when you see them camping. They don't roleplay their rolls as an undercover because it's such secrecy. As Roleplay is the definition of playing a role, what roles does an undercover cop play? An officer who doesn't speak but blend with rebels or a bounty hunter who is on a payroll blending with Rebels, very little chance it is a Rebel that is your friend or enemy.. Where can you fix the confusion? How can you be aware? You can't. I've been playing Asylum for awhile and I see more bounty hunters than I do of Rebels, More Bounty Hunters than Cops, Heck even more bounty hunters than the entire server. Bounty Hunters are always abused, Cops give them an easy ticket out of their abusive powers. I always see bounty hunters downing and restraining people and running to the court house to just pay off ticket. They never lose their license and continue to demoralize the Asylum community. As many of us would admit to, Rebels are dying. Robberies, Federal Reserves, Gang wars, Cartels, Prison breaks, it's all falling apart and serving no purpose. Nobody wants to partake in any events because not only will they confront cops like they used to, but now they confront bounty hunters, cops, and rebels. And the numbers of Bounty Hunters will continue to kill the fun of "end game" life in Asylum. I'm calling out for a nerf to Bounty Hunters, and I'm calling out for restrictions for playing undercover cop. Such as to pursue "an investigation" which is more fitting for their roles. They usually camped at rebel outpost or driving into gun fights pretending to be your friend and then tazing you. When you hear the sirens you look around for police uniformed officers but instead it's that rebel geared coward who is playing undercover and you can't even identify it's APD. You wouldn't shoot a Rebel when you hear sirens because that's RDM (never engaged with the player), so how do you identify it's a Cop? You can't so the cop with a rebel illusion will down you. Since the forums and the Asylum Community is usually full of demoralizing trolls, I'm calling out for a productive and reasonable discussion with common thought and intelligence. If you disagree with my post, post your arguments and explain it thoroughly. If you can't explain your argument then you shouldn't post anything. But I'm hoping for those who have the tools to make Asylum better will fully understand my post. @Gnashes @Paratus @Motown
  10. So long story short, I went to my officer in Kavala HQ explaining why I have parole violation and hit and run and I said I flew off a hospital with nitro and a quadbike and just happened to land on somebody. The officer questioned me if I'm even sane and gave me a full ticket in which i refused. I then went to jail because the creators made me a VDM god. Fuck this homeless guy doing on the side of the street sleeping, he made me go to jail.
  11. Or we can disregard the idea of "Parole Officer" but have the jail still be in the ideas of Development.
  12. Hi guys, I have an idea that will promote more roleplay and engagement with officers. Have two separate things, a Jail System that takes place in any Headquarters chosen by Officer or Developer such as Kavala, Athira, Pyrgos, Highway Patrol. And a Prison System that doesn't need to be changed, but takes place in the same location in the Salt Flats with the same features. For lighter charges, such as a bounty under 25k you go to Jail inside a police Headquarter with a room and bars. You have the opportunity to talk to your officer about getting released and put onto Parole which will definitely promote more Roleplay. Engagement with players is the most important aspect of what made Asylum the #1 Roleplaying server in the world. Few cons to that, EarRaping Civilians jailed in Headquarters doesn't sound pleasant, perhaps put the location of said Jail in Kavala HQ somewhere near Air Garage NPC and keeping it distant from the headquarters where processing Civilians Crimes takes place. Police may check on the jail from time to time when they go up to grab a car, helicopter or to roleplay with the civilians who are pleading for Parole. Officers may engage and justify whether a person should be given a chance to be released from Jail with 30 minute to an hour Parole. This will help answer to some minor charges such as Hit & Run, Robbery, Kidnapping, Unlawful Detainment, while in Jail. Any higher charges such as Terrorism, or a bounty higher than 25k should go to Prison. This would be fitting for rebels who are here defy the law of the land. With Prison, you may still break a person out but it has the same step by step process as currently in game. In jail, you can't break a person out but they can either bail themselves out or get Parole from their officer in Headquarters. Or you can break a person out but you have to own the entire Headquarters for a solid 5 to 10 minutes. This only comes down to one thing, where should Jail take place in which headquarters? We need a balance of fairness to both the police and civilians, without the interference of trolls that highly populate Kavala. Is it possible to keep a jail in Kavala or would Highway Patrol Outpost serve just the right location? If so, we may need a cop at the Highway Patrol/Sophia location and be known as a "Parole Officer". This "Parole Officer" will be responsible for what takes place in Jail and Highway Patrol. Let me know what you think! @Gnashes
