I have always liked the spar 16. I fight cartels with the spar 16. If someone gave me the option to use the spar 16 or an mk1 both free of charge I would take the spar. I hit headshots all the time with it and it is just crisp.

Lt+ can have MK's, All cops can have the SPAR. Cops can get a ghosthawk... That argument isn't really fair.

I think action should only transfer from civ to cop and vice versa if it's a severe offense. For (not totally accurate) example: If I accidentally kill someone on civ because I didn't know my group hadn't properly initiated, it shouldn't give me points on cop. If I improperly use lethals and accidentally rdm a civ in the crossfire on cop during a gun fight, I should only get me point, not a ban. The only time it should carry over is for perm bans, duping account wipes, mass rdm, those things. You essentially have 2 different identities with two sets of expectations, when you're not representing the police force you should be held to the same low standards as everyone else. When you're on cop you should be held to the higher standards that are in place because it IS a whitelisted position that even a noob can recognize, however each side you play on shouldn't have bearing on the other. This is especially true for people that want to mess around on civ and have fun in their own way without necessarily breaking server rules, yet they still get points and the like for inappropriate behavior over petty things like 911 calls.
TL;DR Two sides, two identities, two sets of expectations, and two different punishment processes.

First of all, not sure how this is point worthy unless by "I will be speaking to a LT soon" means threatening an IA, but this cadet is clearly one of the reasons why roleplay does not work with bounty hunters because the cops think they are above bounty hunters, they aren't. I play bounty hunter and cop and do not see a reason why not all cops can be as qualified as me when it comes to roleplay. They do not vet these cadets they just pull them in as part of an SGT activity participation point system and flood the APD with terrible cops(Mostly cadets who never become constable) but these guys still get their shot at ruining another player's experience. Can we please do a thorough evaluation of all current APD officers Constable- (Including myself) and remove these guys so we never have to have an IA submitted in the first place. If an IA is submitted then that means someone's gameplay has already been ruined. We need to make it much tougher on this and enforce some better roleplay rules all around. @Clint Beastwood @DarkKnight @Leady @Clockwerk
