Server restarts

What options do we have for server restarts? We've been familair with soft and hard restarts where soft restarts would keep your vehicles spawned with the contents.  Lately i believe we only do hard restarts that remove all spawned vehicles for performance. 

I would like to know which options we could choose from normally. Yet again i believe current restart option is likely the most optimal for performance. Once performance is fixed, will we see tents/cars/ect staying up after restart?

2018- 2019, hard restarts, bad performance, i thought techonology evolved

if you think there wasnt problems with restarts in the past then you clearly havent been playing long lmao
