New Wiki Meth Page

After some time I found it much over due for an overhaul of the Meth/Crank guide page on the Asylum Wiki.

I will be adding an Infamy/Donator Rank Modifier chart as well in the near future.

Let me know what you guys think!

Should I change something else about the page? Do you find the graph useful?

Thanks BaDa, going to do a couple more things like this for other pages. But still need to finalize a couple things on the Meth Page first. Let me know if there is anything I could do specifically to help out
