Do the crates work?

I have tried on 2 different 40k houses and each one showed room for 1 crate... soft logged/hard logged during both houses.. tried placing a crate and I get the message saying the crate has been placed. so 3 crates lost so far. my question is- Do crates still work on this server? if they do when do they start showing up?

Houses have been a bit buggy lately. It's something that will be rewritten for Asylum V2. However, if you lost any items which you'd like to reclaim, just submit a request here.
