Why try to spin for something when you could directly buy it from the store for an increased value.

But thats how they make their money lol, doing what you suggested would stop people buying keys.

Neither.

I agree the system could be better in terms of how you can actually get a item outside of luck such as if you get say a green ifrit skin 5 times you can trade that up for a uncommon in the same crate. Can't see how this would effect sales too much. Would make me buy more crates knowing that even if I have to open 400 crates I'll be working towards pilot covs.
