yep.. welcome to the new arma. all the dmg goes to the main rotor first. lost an orca the same way. guy was shooting the bottom of my hull and next thing I knew I was falling out of the sky.

It's known as “positive dihedral effect” on rotors though the source is different.

KBW did mention that theoretically with the script your main rotor will be out in 7 9mm shots.

Please do something about this @bamf @Paratus. It's not hard to realise the Orca is no longer the flying tank it used to be and when such a shitty working script is in place, the Orca is pretty much useless in any situation. Even during cartels the Main Rotor gets shot out with a couple 7.62 shots.

Fixing this would take 30 seconds if they were interested...I am sometimes Confused at their bug fixing strategies.
