The Craziest bug on Asylum i have ever seen

So today i was playing cop like normal and a fed went off so we went to the fed with my Strider we caught the guy doing it and on the way back some other cops said theres one in a house a telos so i turned around to go back and check and then this happened. Idk if this is a bug people already know about but i have never ever seen this before. this might be a bohemia thing but plz no banareno for finding this funny but werid bug in the game lol.....
