Support Team Role

We listened to those that thought we would benefit from a Support Role. We have created a small team from previous moderator interviews to pilot this program. If it works we will grow the group. During this pilot period please send me some feedback as to what you would like to see from this non staff position driven by you, the community. These members have been around the community for some time and we believe their knowledge currently and what they will continuously learn from this role will benefit the community. Please field some questions there way as this is what they are here for.

To start out this teams main focus will be providing general support. Answering your questions on game mechanics (how to, best way to do _____), bug questions, etc. The position will likely grow to other things as we progress.
