  • The Altis prison has been relocated, however the prison break mechanics remain the same.
  • Enemies inside a turf will make the turf change colors to orange now.
  • For those of you without money, quad bikes can now be retrieved from a garage for free.
  • Flare guns no longer trigger the aggression system.
  • Binoculars can now be used to show the name of a player that is wearing a mask.  
  • Speeding camera will no longer automatically give you a bounty. Officers may still see your speed, though.
  • You can no longer trade items through walls.
  • #911 should work as intended now.
  • Tanoa's map markers should look much more like Altis' now.
  • A variety of exploits have been fixed.

Nice! Can't wait to try the new prison, binoculars being able to see masked players are pretty neat. Good to hear #911 now works :)

This. You can still pull over for speeding and issue a ticket. They only got that automatic ticket if they went through a speedcam. RP is still there.

Means there will be far less people with speeding tickets and serves as one more barrier to RP.  People don't like being pulled over and having you make up a reason (i.e. broken tail light).  At least with tickets you had a reason to pull them over and start dialog.  Oh well.

  2. Break into the prison building
  3. Hack the security computer
  4. Lockpick the first gate
  5. Lockpick the second gate
  6. Leave (or more likely keep shooting cops until lethaled since you don't want to get caught)

Edit:  I should add that disabling the prison power makes it easier to do 2 and 3, but don't let the cops turn the power back on since that brings all security back to standard and you could be locked inside.

So disabling prison power is working now? I never got it to work for some reason. Can you clarify how to go through this a little bit more, if that's the case?

By the way, I've also never been able to enable power again as a cop, and sometimes people would just start the prison break, doors would keep opened and we wouldn't be able to shut them manually (through a computer or something like that), so people would continually getting out of jail after X time, even if all of the guys involved in the PB had disconnected or been killed.
