You have the choice to continue to where they were (with the ability to retrack them if you are unable to find them) or you can go where you know they are (and have to go significantly farther out of your way should they not be there). You have the choice to either go where the ping is and hope he is there or go to your circle and track him in case he moved, if the circle moved with the ping, it would be too easy. You guys have more gear and perks than most APD officers below the rank of CPL/SGT have. You get Hunters, don't have to RP to make a paycheck and anyone you catch goes straight to jail. Hell if your think you job is hard my friend the APD will prove even tougher. Constantly against MKs and Ifrits/Orcas full of rebels sitting on roofs and sniping us but we make it work man. Good way to counter the difference in gear is roll with a group of guys that know what they are doing and don't go after large groups of rebels unless you have a death wish. Go where the track is, or use whatever button I add to drop one bounty every X minutes. Goal is when you softlog, if you return in the same server session and those tracks are still wanted, you get them back with the circle being precisely where it was before. Link to comment
