I don't know at all programing, so I don't know if it is possible to implement that kind  of thing BUT:
I was at an event in the past where we have to defend a transportation point "A to B " it was cool to see cops actually in this and watch how civs tried to stop us. 
What about a thing that the cops can active when they are 10? They have to transport and escort a vehicle full of dirty money with a tracker seeing buy all rebels 
Maximum 1  every server restart 
You can spawn it being corporal or +.

I'm not a programmer either, but I can see this being made if enough work and dedication is put into it. The concept could be similar to drug runner, except the vehicle comes loaded with the contraband. Instead of police being notified of the activity, all civilians would be notified of the activity. Seems like a cool concept. :)

Do you mean corporals+ having the ability to spawn events?

I don't think the admins would trust anyone but themselves to host events.

It only takes one person to ruin things sometimes for everyone, and it has happened quite a few times in Asylum.

Besides, FSA would probably just blow it up.

@patato12 has a similar idea to this but the rebels drive the convoy to attack a HQ and the police have to defend/stop it

Nice to but a think at least we need whitelisted people having the ability to spawn events.

I like the idea, but as far as i know they are currently looking for activities where the cops have to defend instead of attack ( wich i feel that this is like) so how about you turn it around, when there is a say 8 + cops online, rebels have a certain location where they can retrieve a HEMMT, or some kind of vehicle wich will get some dirty money into it and possiblity gold bars (depending on the vehicle), and they have to drive a certain route, while being live tracked by the police. Civ's won't be warned the activity is happening to prevent suicide vests and speedbombs a bit.

Personally I find these events pretty boring so I tend to not do them anymore. 90% of the time its just cops driving around for 30 min then 1 quick shootout and gg. Other admins still do them from time to time though. 

I can write a script that would automate this type of event though, since now I have this new template for events its not that hard. I will see what I can do. 

Will start with something simple like spawn a vehicle somewhere spawn some cops in it put markers on and see what happens. If I can automate it enough so I don't have to watch it for 30 min then I can just run it and do my own thing. 

Oh yea another option is to steal the event from Wasteland servers.

+1 I think this would be a great server event. It would provide multiple fights for civs, rebels, and police which would all clash against each other and would bring everyone from around the map together for a little bit. I also think that inside the hemmet should be all the items seized during that restart. this way we can get both the weapons locker and a server event in one.

honestly cops could just do this by riding around in a convoy with sirens... and putting out a message that is like police convey down the MSR. and just have guns and gear in the car

Dude why do you shit talk everyone like go be depressed on your own. Sandwich enjoys doing trainings so let him. I personally really enjoy trainings and the idea of a convoy defense training sounds awesome.

Even if everyone attending is only doing it to be applicable for promos and hate the training, I still love making them. The setup is fun and just talking in front of people is awesome too. Appreciate the support, thank you for not being a senseless fuck :P

I agree it shouldn't be serious and some trainers do go too far but, if people Want to go to training because they find them fun then why care?

I myself learned a lot from Sandwich's trainings during my cadet/constable period. I really appreciate them and they are probably some of my favorite times in the APD. Your negativity and hate on Sandwich and trainings for no reason whatsoever is not going to do anything but make you look like an idiot. Don't drag nice and cool people who have the APD in their best interest into your own problems. And come on now, we are all APD. You shouldn't be saying that kind of stuff on the forums especially since you are a Retired Sgt.:D

Everyone is entitled to their own opinion, but its a whole other story when you tell a reputable training officer that has helped countless people in the APD get to their goals that they are a "stupid fuck" and insulting him that he believes trainings are beneficial. Its just one of those opinions you keep to yourself.
