So what is considered vigi Abuse. or is it considered a thing at all. 

Being tazed and continously tazed for 10 minutes so his friend can walk up to me and gun me down while im tazed.

There isn't realy a vigi abuse that can get someone banned (or at least of my knowlage).

As long as the BH is initiating, they are not breaking rules. It may be annoying but not against any rules.

 

If you want to report the BH to the APD, they can seize their license for abuse if:

1. They witness them commit a crime worth $2,500 or more (that they do not have roleplay justification for)
2. They have a charge of "Bounty Hunter Execution".
