What exactly can be bought at Skiptracer? Can you buy all your same gear from rebel (minus the guns) or is it something else entirely?

You can get mx, and rebel cloth (-level 3 armor) and you can buy hunters, and some veicules like that

You can also get lockpicks and blindfolds
