Getting $0 for selling a house

I sold two houses on the market, one for 90K, and the other for 100K. Once I sold them and went to the exchange it said I received $0 for both of them. Can anyone help me

if you sold them to the market it goes straight to your bank, if you put them on the market and a player bought them then it will go to the mailbox not the exchange

If you sold any house, whether or not it's to market, the money will be sent straight to your bank account. If you're offline when you sell a house, the money should go to your AE mail, you either go to government office or the Asylum Exchange (just like claiming an item you bought on the AE) to claim the money.
