Asylum TS Failed to Connect

Every time I attempt to connect to the Asylum TS I am met with this 

I have tried using different VPNs but nothing seems to work, do any of you know how to fix this problem and if so can you please help me.

hm so he can connect to other ts's and play arma and connect to vpns but hes not connected to the internet. makes sense?

I think there's another IP you can try and use that will directly connect you to the asylum TS, I just can't seem to remember it

The asylum ts is outdated and teamspeak recently updated their TSDNS which has been fucking with a lot of people trying to connect to asylum. I think going to version 3.1.4 fixes it so it doesnt happen as often but not everyone has the issue so.
