Yep, one of the best towns for meth, if your gang owns it you can run to and from your house, and then sell directly to the drug dealer. Although you can't spawn there while an active turf fight happens, it's still very good. The active fight lasts 15 mins per server restart, it's still a good house and worth the price tag.
