Change To War Rating

I honestly haven't seen someone have a gang war in so long, right now the only real way people are gaining war rating is by capping cartels and turfs. By capping cartels alone you'd have to spend 50 hours of your time to get the Punisher tag. 50 hours. Now that were gonna be resetting the war rating more often I feel there needs to be better ways to get war rating, maybe if you kill someone at a cartel/turf or die at a cartel/turf it affects war rating the same way it would if you were actually at war with them. Idk but I feel its really slow gaining rating nowadays and something should probably be changed.

idk man @bamf has been making some changes in the right decision this is just an idea hopefully he can work off of it like the split pay forum post.
