What about the fact that you lose your house after 30 days of inactivity? I made a comp request when this happened to me, but was refused - apparently "All that info is on the forums"... I see no such info, do you think I should pursue the comp or leave it? I am a casual player and invested most of the money I had into that house.

The houses are deleted so other players that play more regularly than someone that hasn't logged in in a certain time, have the opportunity to get a house. If we leave the houses always on you no matter when you last logged in, pretty much every house will have owner.

How can we share keys when in the same gang ? Right now, the owner of my gang and of the house can access it, lock and unlock doors, but other members can't... How do we do so everybody can lock/unlock doors ?

Gang house is shared with everyone, if you are un the gang standing on a door and pressing U will unlock it.
