There is truth in that but the vast majority of the young people are a cancer on cop. Not any individual just they are more likely to obviously be aids.

Can I just ask seen as we're on the issue of applying for the APD Officers position. I noticed one of the requirements is getting like 12 or more talents or something as a civilian, does that also include getting talent points as a paramedic if you play it as I'm just curious. 

Luckily for me I meet all the requirements, except for achieving the 12 talents ( Yet ).

Talent points on civ side only count towards the 12 total. It's one screenshot.
