Check the map out, it is technically the closest house... Never promised it was the FASTEST to get there but is technically the closest.

1. Even if all your cards play out right... (You're a donor w/ a debit card, No-one is wanting to rob you, and you don't crash) it is still faster just to run from the 40k house 2. 620m
