In the event of a combat situation, what keys do I have to enter to knock out another user?

Bounty hunter weapons will act like tasers when shot. These do not kill but disable the person for approximately 1 minute. Other weapons such as those bought from rebel outpost or the gun store will instead kill players.

Also keep in mind, that it maybe just be the ammo used. For example. I can buy a Spar 16( illegal ) but purchase 5.56 green tracers from bounty hunter and that gun will down players. The yellow tracers will kill

But i have been in a cartel fight with an MX with tracer rounds but i killed the guy instead of downing him.Any ideas why?

Could it be because he was at war with our gang?

Could be a couple things:

1) Script Error.

2)  Headshots sometimes lethal.

3) Trading can also lethal.

Being in a war affects nothing.

This one is mainly the one that happens.
