Emergency Medical Technicians are the backbone of a healthy society. This is especially true in any place as blood-soaked as Kavala. As an EMT, you accept the responsibility of keeping everyone alive and well.

To accomplish this task, you are given a wide range of tools (NOTE: You respawn every time you log back in):

You spawn with:

  • x1 Defibrillator
  • x8 Blood Bag
  • x8 Pain Killers
  • x4 Splint

The defibrillator is used to revive someone who is downed but has not bled-out or respawned. The blood bag is used to heal a person to 100% HP. Pain killers are used to stop the screen from shaking. Splints are used to heal broken legs, which force a person to prone until healed.

Understanding the patient and their condition is essential to treating their condition. Always listen to the patient's needs and defer to the man with the gun.

There are nine talents available to the EMT. "-" denotes the next in a skill line, requiring the skill previous to it first.

  • Mobile Paramedic (ability to buy paramedic Offroad truck)
  • - First Responder (ability to buy paramedic SUV)
  •  - - Medivac (able to buy paramedic helicopter on the roof of Kavala Hospital)
  • Public Service (receive taxi pick-up requests)
  • Life Saver (saving another's life has fully satisfied your hunger and thirst)
  • - Cardiac Specialist (your advanced training allows you to revive injured people faster)
  • - Orthopedic Specialist (chance to not consume a splint while treating broken limbs)
  • Trained Mechanic (repair vehicles without the use of a repair kit)
  • Awareness (see the location of other paramedics on your map)

Downed players will appear as a red medic symbol on the map. Reviving a downed player will pay you $800+.

Downed players can call for a medic, which will appear as a popup on your screen. You will be advised to press 8 within 20 seconds; this acknowledges that you are en-route to their location.
