Our group would like to suggest that a gang do not know how to operate to give an opinion? Or URL our own view? Hope that someone can help us to be willing to pay 500K as a reward. Mayhem Posted February 13, 2016 Report Share Posted February 13, 2016 (edited) You need a talent point to be able to own a house, another on to be able to convert the home into a gang headquarters, also you need a homeowners license which you purchase at the DMV. Being a donator also helps if the house is 70k or higher, you can purchase crates to place, which will allow all gang members access to spawn at the gang house and use the crates. Rank 1 - Pretty much the leader of gang, Can Add/Withdraw Cash from gang bank, can also recruit and demote members. Rank 2 - Pretty second in command, Can Add/Withdraw Cash from gang bank, can also recruit and demote members under his rank only.
