Playing Audio Through Mic

Does anyone know a good software, or maybe a good easy configuration to allow audio played on my PC to my mic? I want to kidnap people and use scary music as a serial killer or whatever. There is plenty of scenarios that I have in play. Just have to figure out how to switch the audio output and input without surrendering my mic to a default device. I want to be able to have my mic operational without switching the device back again.

There isnt a way to do it in game however on teamspeak you can download rpsoundboard and download the sounds you want to play in teamspeak.

Yes it is. How do you think people play music through their mic in game? Like the 500 mile march. Unless it is by phone, which I doubt due to the quality of the sound.
