Why does nobody use Asylum's Teamspeak?

I have been waiting for an admin in this teamspeak for like 10 minutes and its dead there is about an average of 15 users on at a time. Why?

Most people are in hidden channels. i.e. Cop channels (Which you cant see), gang channels, or hidden admin channels

I need a hidden admin then. Also, I can see your channel right now.

Admins are hit and miss. sometimes its quick sometimes its a day and a half

I'd recommend using forums for admin interactions, as we have a fitting section for each issue. 

•  Compensation Support 
•  Donation Support
•  Character/Account Support
•  Player Reports
•  Appeals

 

If you want to be helped through ts, we have the Support channels, head into the "General Support" lobby and usually a 'Support Team' member will help you out.

 

Also, our teamspeak is not empty, you just need to be a cop in order to see people in cop channels.

Unless you're white-listed you cannot see people in cop or admin channels.

If you ever see a dude with a [Support] tag in TeamSpeak you're always welcome to message us with your issue or with what you need help with. That's what we're here for.

Usually issues can be solved through the self-help methods on our forums as stated by @Zoex:
