Buying a Shed NE Corner of the Map

Hello, I would like to buy a shed on server 2 from anyone looking to give up their's. I have been searching in this region for days, but I can not find a shed for sale. In the picture I have below, the blue line represents the region I would like for it to be in, but it cannot be in the red zones. I would prefer if it was between the red Xs that i have marked. I will pay $200k+ for a shed in the region, and will pay extra if it is in the highlighted green area. If you have a shed in this location on other servers, I may still be interested in purchasing it.

I believe there is only 1 shed in that green area.

how much could i buy it for? I could pay way more than 200k. That was just a starting price.
